Strength Squad at Shoot HQ is our high-performance strength and conditioning program built specifically for basketball athletes who want to move better, get stronger, and perform at a higher level on the court.
Delivered in our fully equipped gym, each session is structured to develop power, speed and agility, giving athletes the physical foundation to complement their on-court training. Led by experienced coaches, Strength Squad focuses on proper technique, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development in a high-energy, supportive environment.
Athletes can get started with a single session pass or commit to a monthly membership. Our monthly membership gives athletes unlimited access to all Strength Squad sessions, allowing them to train consistently each week and accelerate their progress with ongoing coaching and support.
Sessions run every Tuesday and Saturday with Coach Kyle.
